Additionally, every package can be protected against theft, damage, and carrier mishandling to ensure your goods arrive safe and sound. We’ll do right by the planet together! 

HOW DO I ADD CORSO TO MY ORDER?

We partner with Corso to provide our customers with Carbon Offsets and Shipping Protection. If you purchased Green Shipping Protection with your order and your package was damaged, lost, or stolen, here's how you request a reorder.

Green Shipping Protection reorders are made accessible at reorder.corso.com or by emailing support(at)corso.com

You will need your order number and the email address you placed. Your order number can be found on the order confirmation email. Once you indicate if the package was damaged, lost, or stolen and complete the request, you will get a reorder confirmation. This information is sent to Corso, and they may reach out to you with any questions, but if you purchased Green Shipping Protection, please contact Corso with any questions you have regarding shipping issues.

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, we've got you covered.  If your order arrives damaged, lost, or stolen, no worries! All you need is your order number and email address used to place the order.
